Another box office hit for Nigel…

You see, Nigel is a movie producer and this blue morwong followed the script! It’s a nice two kilo fish, perfect for baking whole, we like them scaled and the cavity filled with your favourite herbs and spices, three cuts along the body of the fish to even the cooking time.
Place in oven at 200 C for 30 to 45 minutes. Check the thickest part the fish that the flesh is coming off the bones. Present on a platter with lettuce, lemon and things like capsicum to lift the presentation with colours. Enjoy!
