Another day in paradise

Well, perhaps it is an overstatement after our three days of summer and a shocking seasion with rain, rain and more rain. And the dams overflowing!!
But today was good, we had very nice sea conditions and a lot of fun with mac tunas and bonnies, i.e. bonito which is in the tuna family and excellent table which when handled correctly, like bleeding on capture, clean quickly and chill in an ice slurry.
But the guys also did well on the reef with a catch of blue morwong, wrasses, red rock cod and leather jackets.
