Beautiful sea condition but fishing was a bit slow…

Yes, it was a very nice Saturday with slight sea and light wind. And as it sometimes happens, when the conditions are good the fish goes to sleep. We have had good results with our trolling session, but not this time. No surface fish and below average catch on the reef but at least Ben and Kyrie hooked up a few flathead on the drift. An additional little bonus was to have whales and dolphins in sight and I mentioned our encounter with a big pod of humpbacks a few weeks ago.
