It was a very nice mid-August weekend with good sea conditions, clear sunny days and an average catch of mixed reef species.

We ended up with about thirty fish on the Saturday and twenty on the Sunday. The fish of the day on Saturday was Kev’s 52 cm Blue morwong – a nice fish and good dinner!

Then we had Trevor on the Sunday pulling in a big Port Jackson shark. A little later Trevor said ‘I’m still shaking’! But as you know, we just bring them in to remove the hook, take a picture and back they go.
