Mel overcomes seasickness by catching flathead
Well, at last after a number of cancellations because of weather warnings and sea conditions, we finally hit a really nice day with sea less than a metre and clear sky. Reef fishing was a bit slow but change of tactic to drifting for flathead save the day. We ended up with a dozen good size sand flathead in pretty shallow water, i.e. 23 to 27 metres, drifting south east along the Royal National Park.
