Today we found dolphin fish out at the Fisheries FAD off Port Hacking

But unfortunately they were all under the 60 cm limit we need to make it a keeper. Except one that Cass hooked up! It was a strange day with cold green water inshore running to the north and starting with 21.3 C. But as we progressed east the water temperature increased to about 23.6 and current started to run from north to south. The temperature break is about 6 nautical miles from land.

We proceeded further east to the continental shelf and found some interesting floats holding fish.  But the catch rate was down with a few fish landed but it was an excellent day with as good sea conditions as you can get.
