Wow, a great day at sea last Saturday, a box full of fish and a happy crew, what more can you ask for?
Yes, it was a very pleasant day and a good catch of fish. Middle Ground didn’t work well so we switched to drifting for flathead. And good news, the best one came in at 50 cm but all others were also good size. And a batch of leather jackets would make it a really nice dinner for the team.
The gummy shark and school of Australian Salmon just inside Jibbon Point also added some excitement. Not to mention Oleg’s Port Jackson shark.
